Blackout Grid Jeans

This one-of-a-kind pair of dark denim jeans is defined by tonal grid detailing and controlled contrast.
The front features geometric grid motifs worked directly into the denim, shifting between matte and faded surfaces rather than relying on color contrast. Subtle square and checker elements appear across the thigh and lower leg, creating depth through texture and finish instead of bold overlays.
The overall palette stays restrained and cohesive, allowing the patterning to emerge gradually as the eye moves across the garment. The result is graphic but understated, with surface work that feels integrated into the denim rather than added on top.
Built from a pre-loved base and reworked by hand.
